In MEDMA's second year participating in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, we had both an impressive participating and fundraising goal to surpass. The team expressed an interest in extending the MEDMA brand to the Relay Team, capitalizing on the rapid growth the club as a whole had been experiencing.
I devised the concept of creating branded hooded sweatshirts for the team, to combat the uncertain mid-April weather in Michigan. The sweatshirts were completed in January, allowing time for our team image to permeate throughout our club and across campus. In addition to sweatshirts, I designed a banner to be displayed at Relay and at events supporting it beforehand whose printing and finishing costs were donated by a teammate.
